Large Scheurich (West German) Oatmeal Krug Vase

This is another decorative piece - in a lovely retro shape with a curvy handle to one side and a round bulbous body, this shape known as a Krug vase.  With an oatmeal speckled ground and hand painted with large splashy brown leaves and black stems this is quite an unusual piece of West German pottery - we really like this one, it looks fantastic on display. Fully marked to the base with 'Scheurich-KERAMIK W.GERMANY 496-28'.  Please see all photographs for alternative views and close-ups.
