Another great 1960s design by Glyn Colledge for Denby.  Here we have a small handled vase decorated with a fluid swirly design onto a grey/taupe coloured ground.  Stamped to the base with the Bourne Denby stoneware mark and the printed Glyn Colledge signature.  

SIZE:  Height  7in/18cm

CONDITION:  Wonderful original condition - no chips, cracks or hairlines.

This is the section you'll find them. Some companies we've never heard of, others we have heard of but only rarely come across their items - some things aren't even marked. So this is a great section for all those pieces of crazy, British retro/vintage ceramics that we can't attribute or only have a very few pieces of - it makes for very interesting browsing. Each piece is chosen with the same criteria for inclusion as every other piece. We look at the shape, colour, style, technique, decorative appeal and, most importantly, quality. We only choose pieces we like - the funkier the better and whilst we may not know much about them we know they belong here in Pips Trip.
