Offered for sale here is an absolutely fabulous rare item from the Rorstrand Atelje (Studio) range - an extremely large and very heavy ceramic wall plaque designed by Olle Alberius and decorated with a vibrant abstract bright orange glazed design in relief. Olle Alberius worked for Rorstrand from 1963 until 1971 in the role of Artistic Director. This is a seriously iconic example of Swedish design - marked to the reverse with the Rorstrand 'R' and three crowns studio mark, the artist's initials 'OA' and 'Sweden Kavalkad 9'.
