Here is a fabulous Whitefriars bark vase designed by Geoffrey Baxter and dating from 1967, pattern number 9689.  In the vibrant Kingfisher blue colourway (one of our favourite Whitefriars colours) and thickly encased in clear glass.  This is a highly collectable and iconic piece of retro glass that looks amazing on display.  With the usual Whitefriars ground down pontil to the base and the remains of an old paper label which is unreadable.  Please see all photographs for further viewpoints and close-ups.
