Designed in 1951 by Arthur Percy for the Swedish glassmaker, Gullaskruf, and in production until 1965 here is a bottle vase in a bright red glass. These came in a number of different colours and sizes - this one is the smallest in the range at 9.75in/24.5cm. With a bulbous base and an attenuated flared neck these look very pretty on display and look fabulous with other brightly coloured glass of the same period.
