SOLD Designed by the legendary late Timo Sarpaneva for Iittala (Finland) and produced from 1972 to 1975 here is a 'Vertica' glass vase. With a straight cylindrical body rising up to a dramatically flared and flat rim whilst the inside of the vase is smooth the outside is a gorgeous textured finish of vertical ridges and striations and signed to the base with the designer's initials 'TS'. This would be a fabulous addition to any retro Scandinavian glass collection. Please see all photographs for alternative views and close-ups.
