This is a gorgeous large clear glass vase designed by Frantisek Vizner in 1965 for the Hermanova/Sklo Union Glassworks (Czech).  Decorated with a fab raised modernist design to the surface, this is a heavy and impressive piece of retro glass.  It has the typical Czech welled/ground base finish.   Please see all photos for close-ups and alternative views.
