This is a fab clear glass vase from the Sklo Union glassworks, Czechoslovakia, designed by Rudolf Jurnikl and dating from around 1961. An extremely impressive and heavy piece of retro glass moulded all over with a modernist repeating pattern of inverted discs/lenses. It has the typical Sklo Union glass footed 'birdbath' base - absolutely brilliant and it displays beautifully!
