1957 Whitefriars Glass Ruby Red & Clear Bubble Encased Vase with Pulled Up Rim by Geoffrey Baxter (Pattern 9433)

Designed in the late 1950's by Geoffrey Baxter for Whitefriars here is a bucket shaped vase made from ruby red glass with a thick casing of clear enclosing controlled bubbles and with a pulled up rim - pattern no: 9433.  This is an impressively thick and heavy piece of retro glass in a vibrant colour that looks lovely on display.  Please see all photographs for alternative views and close-ups.
