Here is a really pretty lidded jar designed by Aldo Londi for Bitossi in Italy circa 1960 in the famous Rimini Blu colour combination of blue and turquoise glazes (said to have been inspired by the colours of the mediterranean).  This is a striking piece of retro Italian glazed pottery decorated with an impressed repeating pattern typical of this range, although this particular piece isn't stamped to the base (they often aren't) it makes an impressive addition to any retro ceramics collection.  Please see all photographs for alternative views and close-ups.
