The Briglin Pottery in London W1, famous for their rustic pottery and wax resist glazes, was established in 1948 by Brigitte Appleby (nee Goldschmidt) and Eileen Lewenstein.  Offered for sale here is a fab cream jug decorated with the manganese oxide technique Briglin is famous for.  Stamped to the base rim with 'BRIGLIN'.  Please see all photographs for alternative views and close-ups.
