It's impossible to tell from the photograph just how dinky this is (under 2 inches in length!). The same date (1970's) and design as the moneybox but without the slit on the top here is a brilliant miniature Dougall figurine from the Magic Roundabout children's TV series. It's a fabulously sweet little piece of pottery with the typical Briglin rough surface texture to represent Dougall's luxurious fur and a white glaze to his cheeky face peeking out at the front. Stamped to the base with 'BRIGLIN'. Please see all photographs for alternative views and close-ups.
