1970's Findhorn Studios (Scotland) Glazed Stoneware Pot

The Findhorn Studios in Scotland, established in 1971 and still in production today, are well-known for their beautiful glazed stoneware.  This particular piece is extremely elegant yet also charmingly rustic - with it's simple shape and fantastic drippy glazes -  a stylish and subtle combination of brown, oatmeal and grey shades.  Still bearing it's original Findhorn Studios paper label to the base, I'd suggest this was probably an early piece.  This looks lovely on display on it's own but would also be a great addition to any studio pottery collection.
