SOLD Dating from the 1970's here is an absolutely gorgeous large Aegean bowl (shape number 57) hand painted with a sunflower in vibrant oranges, yellows and with a brown centre to represent the seeds. It's not signed by the paintress (many items weren't) but is stamped with the Poole Pottery England dolphin backstamp, the shape number 57 and the word 'AEGEAN'. This is an extremely decorative piece of retro pottery. Please see all photographs for alternative views and close-ups. SIZE: Diameter 10.5in/27cm Weight 900g CONDITION: In great original condition with no chips, cracks or hairlines. There is a little crazing and slight staining to the underside of the bowl (photographed). (08/40)
