Pottery from E. Radford, Burslem, is becoming extremely collectable and a name to conjour with.  Better known for their Art Deco style pottery this is a later piece dating from the 1960's/70's.  A lovely tall vase in an unusual shape it has a white matt glazed ground all over and to the lower half is hand painted with with brown swirls and banding.  Marked to the base with 'E Radford, England, Handpainted' and the letter 'F'.  A very impressive display piece that looks fantastic with other retro ceramics and sits well in contemporary interiors.  Please see all photographs for alternative views and close-ups.
