From Surrey Ceramics we have here a very sweet pottery piggybank, dating from the 1960s/70s, glazed in dark brown and oatmeal coloured glazes over a paisley type raised decoration to the top around the money slot.  With a cheeky little face, long eyelashes and a cute curly tail this is a very sweet item and an ideal piece for Surrey Ceramics collectors or, indeed, piggybank collectors in general.  Fully marked to the base with 'Surrey Ceramics England'.  Please see all photographs for alternative views and close-ups.
