1960's Large Carstens (Austria) Ceramic Vase with Handle 'Atelier' range by Gerda Heukeroth

Dating from the 1960's or thereabouts here is a totally fabulous large ceramic vase from the 'Atelier' range by Gerda Heukeroth for Carstens.  In an interesting shape with a handle and glazed with a warm terracotta coloured ground and an unusual textured pattern to the surface in a rich chocolate brown, with a turquoise glaze to the inside.  My description simply cannot do this justice, take a look at the photographs to see what I mean - it's lovely.  Marked to the base with 'AUSTRIA 1507-27'.  Please see all photographs for alternative views and close-ups.
