They don't come much funkier than this that's for sure! A wonderful four disk pottery wall hanging dating from the late 1960s and undoubtedly West German - quite probably from one of the quality potteries - perhaps Ruscha or Schaffenacker judging from the wonderfully colourful glazes. Consisting of four disks of equal size, the base disks made from a rough textured matt brown clay decorated with high gloss brown glazed balls and bright orange circular glazed cups. All threaded together with a piece of leather stringing. Hand marked to the underside of the last disk with the initials 'HT'. Fabulous!
SIZE: Disks (diameter) 5in/12.5cm
