Here is a great looking rectangular ashtray designed by Aldo Londi for Bitossi in Italy circa 1960 in the famous Rimini Blu colour combination of blue and turquoise glazes (said to have been inspired by the colours of the mediterranean) and decorated with an impressed repeating paisley pattern.  Fully stamped to the base with 'ITALY' it makes an impressive and decorative addition to any retro ceramics collection.  Please see all photographs for alternative views and close-ups.
