Here is a lovely set of two matching vases - often mistaken for West German production of the same period because of the thick volcanic lava type glaze to the outsides, these have recently been positively identified as Dutch by Els van Petersen - designed by brothers Henk and Marius van Woerden for Vest Keramiek, Gouda.  The crusty glazes produce an almost calcified effect and, combined with the interesting square and rectangular forms, they're extremely decorative items that also sit very nicely with the Fat Lava West German ceramics of the same period.  Please see all photographs for alternative views and close-ups.
