Pips Trip online shop was inspired by a passion for retro/vintage ceramics and glass from the 1950's, 1960's and 1970's.

This period marked a revolution in design and style creating many exciting and original pieces for the collector.

Ordering and Payment Information

ONLINE PAYMENTS All online payments are taken using secured payment pages. You may pay instantly in GB £ using your credit/debit card via our secure checkout powered by Protx or, if you prefer, by PayPal.

CHEQUE IN POST We can also accept payment by £GB cheque sent in the post; but cannot ship items until the payment has cleared through our account (usually 7 working days from receipt of cheque).

TELEPHONE PAYMENTS You can also make your credit/debit card payment over the telephone by calling us on 08451 650274 between the hours of 9.30am and 6pm GMT (United Kingdom office hours only).

We will always endeavour to keep you fully informed on the progress of your order.

Postage, Packaging & Delivery

All goods are in stock and will be dispatched within 5 days of cleared payment (Monday to Friday only). We pack professionally using multiple layers of tissue paper, bubble-wrap, void fill, strong boxes and clearly marked 'FRAGILE'.

UK Mainland Destinations

All items are shipped to United Kingdom mainland areas FREE OF CHARGE by Royal Mail Special Delivery or First Class. Delivery estimate: 1 to 2 days delivery from date of postage.

Non-UK Mainland International Destinations

The cost of International Airmail postage and packing is automatically calculated according to weight and displayed when you add items to your basket. We send all items internationally using Royal Mail Airmail with a delivery estimate of 4-10 days from date of postage dependant on the destination.

For some particularly heavy and/or bulky items the checkout facility has been disabled and we ask that overseas customers contact us for a shipping price to their location.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Whilst our stock is selected on quality and condition, all items are between 20 to 50 years old (unless stated otherwise) and some light wear is therefore to be expected. Whilst we always attempt to describe items accurately and mention as clearly as we can scratches, chips, cracks, hairlines, crazing or fleabites (if any) over and above the basic age related wear, we do not, in the case of glass, separately detail internal bubbles, flecks or manufacturing flaws. In the case of handmade art glass, we look upon them as part of the charm and history of the object and do not consider them problematic. However, if you feel differently and would like further information; a more detailed condition report or extra photographs of any item, please don't hesitate to email us in advance of purchase.

We make every effort to ensure our descriptions and photographic images are as accurate as possible, however, the colours shown on this website are only approximate due to the influence of individual customer's monitors/screens and their settings on photographic appearances. We do our best to ensure that the photographic images accurately reflect the items on our monitors, nevertheless they should only be used as a guide. If you are in any doubt whatsoever, please contact us for further details or additional photographs before purchasing.

NO QUIBBLE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

In the rare event that you buy an item that has been significantly mis-described by us (excluding the issues separately detailed above) we will offer you your money back in full (including postage) or, if you prefer, an exchange - on the condition that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item and that you return it to us in the original condition it was received.

You are also entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind and do not want the item - however, in these instances, we will refund the item cost only (not the postage) providing you contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the item to us in the original condition it was received. If you need clarification on any of these points please don't hesitate to contact us.

In the unfortunate and unlikely event that loss or damage occurs during transit you will be fully refunded immediately and we will then process our claim for compensation through the carrier. Please note: in cases of damage it is essential that you keep the damaged item AND all the original packaging before contacting us. The damaged item and the original packaging are very often required to be made available for inspection by the carrier in order to process our claim. In both events (loss or damage) you will not be penalised and will receive a full refund from us providing you adhere to these conditions.

We sincerely hope that you will never have cause to complain about our products or services - please be assured that it is our intention to offer a quick, efficient and pleasant shopping experience for our customers. However, if you do have cause to make a complaint please email us immediately with your concerns - we will do our utmost to assist and resolve the situation promptly.
