1960's Cases (Spain) Glazed Studio Pottery Vase This is from Other Retro Ceramics
This is, in my opinion, a really lovely piece of retro pottery. At first glance it has a very Italian look about it with the high gloss red and white glazed pattern to the front and the fabulous retro texturing to the brown section on the back. It is in actual fact Spanish, stamped to the base with 'Cases, Hand Made in Spain' - I've not been able to find out anything about the company Cases yet so can't elaborate further. But I'd estimate this dates from the 1960's or thereabouts.
SIZE: Height 5.5in/14cm Weight 384g
CONDITION: Great original condition with no chips, cracks or hairlines. There is some wear and scuffing to the matt brown textured section on the back and base - see photographs.
