Dating from the 1960s here is an oven dish from Stavangerflint (Norway) decorated in their 'Kon Tiki' design by Inger Waage.  A very stylish and typically Scandinavian piece of ovenware that looks great on display but equally is robust enough to be used.  Marked to the base with 'Stavangerflint Norway'.

Dating from 1957 we have a long dish by Wade, shape number 462, decorated in their 'Zamba' pattern of tribal ladies dancing (black on a white ground).  A scarce and highly collectable pattern.  Please see all photographs for alternative views and close-ups.

CONDITION: In good original condition with no chips or cracks, there is however some light surface surface scratching and some flaking to the black paint of the design - this has been shown in close-up in the extra photographs and has also been reflected in the price.

Here is a fantastic Bavarian porcelain lidded vegetable tureen made by Vohenstrauss.  It has an incredible curvy, organic shape with a diagonal ridge around the sides emphasised with a brown glaze.  With a handle to each side and an equally brilliant lid - same organic, curvy form as the body of the tureen and also enhanced with the brown glaze. Marked to the base in green with an illustration of a castle and the words 'VOHENSTRAUSS Johann Sellman BAVARIA GERMANY - Spulmaschinenfest'.  We have two of these for sale separately.  Please see all photographs for alternative views and close-ups.
